Top Producing Realtor Extraordinare
My proven track record speaks for itself. Armed with a non-stop work ethic and glittering personality, my foray into the real estate market garnered me awards for Top Listing Agent, Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and President's Club several times over. Back when I was just 27, I was already ranked in the top 3% of all 7000 agents in the County (ranked #207 out of 7000 Realtors). For 2007, I was ranked within the top 75 agents in all Prudential Offices in California, Nevada and Texas. In fact, when I was asked on a career panel at my alma mater UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) what was the secret to my success, I said "I'm not married, have no kids, no pets and no plants." All kidding aside, good old fashion integrity, top notch customer service and oodles of experience goes a long way... I suppose being born into a family of realtors and investors didn't hurt either. I spent many-a-weekend at open houses as a kid. And now, I've come full circle, as a homeowner, landlord and as a realtor hocking homes.

Real Estate Commentator
Despite my illustrious sales, I do maintain a sense of humor! (You've got to, in order to work in this crazy business) In 2010, I launched Habitat for Hermanity, my comedic perspective at an industry that takes itself way to seriously. As creator, host and writer of this hit series, I skewer the real estate business, poke fun at my fellow agents all the while empowering buyers and sellers with behind-the-scene tips and secrets of the industry! On a more professional note, I have been used as a market resource for the local and national media. The premier real estate portal GlobeSt.com profiled my involvement with new media company Animoto, which has created innovative videos of several of my home listings. I appeared on CBS KPIX-TV on a segment about million-dollar homes in the East Bay, and was interviewed by The Oakland Tribune and KRON-TV to discuss other trends in real estate. Most recently, CNBC broadcasted me giving a tour of one of my listings on national TV. And San Francisco Chronicle approached me for quotes for a piece about home buyers on the fence. Stay tuned for an article I penned for Realtor Magazine to be published nationally later this year.

Giving Back
In my (rather scarce) free time, I have participated in charity events like MACY's Passport, was an underwriter for Academy of Friends and even posed for calendars benefiting GAPA. Most recently, I've lent my face alongside Dr. Drew, Margaret Cho, Kathy Griffin, Cindy McCain, Gloria Allred for the NoH8 Campaign. Also, I am a member in excellent standing with various groups, such as the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and the MLS Board.
